Orsaken att vi och framf\u00f6rallt v\u00e5ra kunder tycker att vi \u201dskiljer oss fr\u00e5n m\u00e4ngden\u201d \u00e4r att vi fysiskt hj\u00e4lper en VD, Chef, Mellanchef, Gruppchef, Organisation, Region eller F\u00f6retag att faktiskt f\u00e5 till en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Vi s\u00e4krar <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">FRAMDRIFT och RESULTAT<\/span>. Vi genomf\u00f6r ca 5% analys och 95% arbete ute i <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">HELA organisationen<\/span>. Vi menar att resultat skapas oftast l\u00e5ngt ut i organisationen och d\u00e5 ska vi jobba \u00e4ven d\u00e4r eller snarare framf\u00f6rallt d\u00e4r.
